Refund policy

At K'eh9 Crank, our treats are handcrafted. Occasionally, the thickness of the treats may vary upon spreading, potentially resulting in thicker areas. Should even a small area remain insufficiently dehydrated, the treat may become compromised. Rancidity is easily identified by a green, fuzzy appearance. If this occurs, please photograph the product, reseal the packaging, and contact us promptly. We will make every effort to resolve the issue. Under no circumstances should the product be administered to any pet. Please wash your hands thoroughly with soap and warm water after handling.
